Do the packages include international flight tickets?

International or domestic flights are not included in any of our products, unless stated otherwise. Customers must book and fulfill their flights, but we will be glad to assist you on this process and search for options you can take. Do I need a visa to join?

No visa required to join packages and tours within Greece, but, depending on your country of origin, you may need to apply for a visa to visit Greece. Can I have travel insurance?

Yes, we offer the basic insurance coverage to all our products. Additional insurance covering cancellations will be offered for purchase while you book online, please choose accordingly.

Are there restrictions for the booking of the packages, for example how many travelers may be booked?

When there is any restriction on any package, due to some activity or unavailability of a service on a season etc, it is clearly stated on the description of the package. Our team is here to support you on any clarification needed and customize any package to suit your specific need.

Are there any city or accommodation taxes?

A new Overnight Stay Tax was introduced by the Greek Ministry of Tourism. This fee runs between €0.50 and €4 per night, based on the official rating of the accommodation booked, and guests are required to pay the tax at check-in. All other taxes are always included in the final prices of our products.

Do minors pay the same prices as adults?

If you are traveling with minors please notify us in advance to guide you on the correct charges, based on the minors’ age(s) at the time of travel. In general, discounted prices do apply, relevant to each minor's age.

How can I rent a car?

For any car rental, the vehicle driver must be at least 23 years old and is required to have and display a valid Driver’s License issued at least a year ago of the rental period. Citizens of Non-EU countries are required to have a valid international Driver’s License along with their regular Driver’s License. A security deposit is necessary, so a credit card is need and that will be refunded with the conclusion of the rental service.

What happens if there are bad weather conditions?

If the weather conditions prevent the realization of your journey, we will offer an alternative date and time and your experience will be re-scheduled.

What is the reservation procedure and what happens next?

The experiences offered on our web site vary between simple one day tours and full coverage packages that include combinations of various services. Step 2: Give us your Details Fill in our form with your basic details, such as Name, Email, Dates of travel and Number of persons, so our agents can check availability for your request. No credit card info is required at this point. Step 3: Submit your Request Send us your request and our assigned agent will get back to you in timely manner with all the necessary details.

Is my reservation complete or do I need to reconfirm it?

There is no need for you to reconfirm your booking. After going through all the booking steps, you receive the reservation confirmation, the itinerary and vouchers by our agent. And that is it, you are ready to go!
