Florence, in Italian: Firenze, is the capital of the beautiful and green region of Tuscany. In the Middle Ages, between 1865 and 1871, it was the capital of Italy and conceived the artistic movement known as the Renaissance.

Its historic center was declared a World Heritage Site in 1982 and in it we can find icons, not only of the city, but also of Italy, such as the dome of Santa Maria del Fiore and the Ponte Vecchio (one of the most famous bridges in the world and one of the few remaining inhabited bridges); the renowned sculpture of “David” by Michelangelo, “The Birth of Venus” by Botticelli and “The Annunciation” by Da Vinci.
